Applying Made Simple
We strive to make the application process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the following information carefully to ensure your application is completed correctly.

Step One
Contact the Leasing Agent
Before applying, please contact our leasing agent to confirm that the rental you’re interested in is still available. Availability can change quickly, and we want to make sure you’re applying for the right property.
Step two
Complete Your Application
Once you’ve confirmed availability, proceed with completing your application:
Separate Applications: Each applicant 18 years or older must submit a separate application.
Application Fee: The application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee approval.
Credit Report: All credit reports are processed through Equifax and are considered a SOFT credit inquiry. If you have frozen your Equifax report, please unfreeze it prior to completing the application.
Application Fee Amount: The application fee is $39.95 per applicant ($79.90 for a married couple). Your credit report will be automatically generated once you complete the application.
Important Notes:
Multiple applications may be processed for the same property without notice to applicants.
Applicants will receive a copy of their credit report once the screening process is complete.

The Final Step
After completing your application, please email us to confirm that you’ve submitted it.
Verification Process: It typically takes 2+ days to complete the verification process, depending on the response times from references and other involved parties.

Resident FAQ
When can I see the home?
You can schedule a tour right away! There’s no need to complete an application before viewing the property. You can also explore full photo galleries and virtual walkthroughs on each listing to help you decide if the home is a fit.
How much should I expect to pay to move in?
Each listing page includes the required deposit for that property. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges; everything is clearly outlined upfront.
What if I need a guarantor?
Whether a guarantor is accepted is usually up to the homeowner. If required, the guarantor will need to submit a separate application for approval.
Can I meet the homeowners?
Yes, once your application is approved by the homeowner, we will arrange for you to meet and discuss any questions or concerns you may have with the owner directly.
What are the showing times?
We offer flexible showing times to accommodate your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and mornings. Just let us know what works for you!
